Why don't Americans care about war profiteering? You'd think there would be a conservative outcry for the fleecing of American tax payers.
I guess "conservative" means something different than it did a generation ago.

It certainly does. It means war profiteering and exploiting a cheap and easy deal wherever you can find it.
