I just had to write and tell you I got "How Proust Can Change Your Life" from the library yesterday and I am enjoying it thoroughly. Has me laughing out loud in spots.

His dad's exercise book and the instructions(with illustrations) for young women to keep fit by jumping off walls was too funny. The Monty Python contest and the forty-four line sentence made me smile too.

Thanks so much for pointing me to this delightful little book. It is "hilarious and unexpectedly practical" as the liner notes say.

I will for sure tuck this book in my bag to take along with me on vacation next week.
