I think you have seen this one on State Street before. (We are too lazy to look it up, even if it is on our own blog and computer.) It's Ray Carver though, and is worth repeating.

Make use of the things around you,
This light rain
Outside the window, for one.
This cigarette between my fingers,
These feet on the couch.

The red Ferrari in my head.
The woman bumping
Drunkenly around in the kitchen . . .
